If the Dolphins had pulled the trigger when they had the chance, he wouldn't have even gotten the 230m guaranteed.

Definitely not. But the odds are way, WAY more in favor of drafting a Jackson or an Iggy in the first than a Herbert, Jefferson, Or a Taylor, much less all 3 of them.

Well looks like another AFC team has made itself miles ahead of the Dolphins. All 4 west teams, 3 north teams, 2 south teams, and Buffalo. That is 10. Also can argue the Pats and Steelers are are better than us. That leaves Jacksonville, Houston, and the Jets that we are better than. The Jets have closed the gap, Jacksonville spending hard to close the gap, and Houtson getting a haul to make themeselves better. We may be the worst AFC team soon.

No I didn't want Watson, because of the cost. I am saying all these AFC teams are making major moved to get better which in turn means we are dropping in the pecking order. Simple as that.

OK, Good to know we are doomed to be one of the worst teams as our team grows and matures together having put 2 winning seasons together and that they will grow together more slowly than aging over priced free agent signings. I know now, due to your well thought out post that we have no chance and can just not tune into the season at all. Should I check back in 3 or 4 years or is that too soon?
