I know some here preferred Collins, but his suspensions scared me more than Armstead's injury history.

As a backup plan, I'd rather have Trent or Duane Brown.
Me too. I believe his next suspension would be indefinite. In my pre-FA wish list I had Armstead with Trent Brown as my back-up plan. I also liked Notebloom, but not at the money he signed for.

Agree with every word of that. Noteboom went for quite a bit more than I thought he would. I knew he was an ascending player, but the Rams must have really been convinced.

Torn Achilles is about the worst injury you could get for long term prognosis. I think he falls to 29, and much lower. I think he is there is the 3/4 round to be honest.
Cam Akers came back after 6 months and played in the playoffs this year. It was reported the recovery is predicted to be similar. Id take a shot at a top ten talent if the medical checks out next month

This post is for those who think we overpaid for our backup linebackers.
This guy couldn't beat out the ones we just signed... for less.
KAMU GRUGIER-HILLLB, HOUSTON TEXANS
Kamu Grugier-Hill

Texans re-signed LB Kamu Grugier-Hill to a one-year, $4 million contract.

Grugier-Hill will make only $750K more than last season coming off a year where he had 13 tackles for loss and was generally the best Texans off-ball linebacker. Grugier-Hill, Christian Kirksey, and Jalen Reeves-Maybin for two spots will be an interesting camp battle for IDP purposes.

Keep up the good work brosef.

Definitely fair.

But being able to play is different than being as explosive as before. I’m not sure about either Akers or this prospect. It’s a risk.

Apparently the Big O has resurfaced with a “show” on YouTube. The guy is an unlikeable fat prick.

Just curious.

How extensive could their investigation have been when they never interviewed or spoke to any of the 22 women?

Per their lawyer the Browns never reached out.

Their investigation was simply this

Browns- "Deshaun...... Did you do it?"
Deshaun- " Did who? I mean, no I DIDNT DO IT man!"

Browns- " OK good enough for me"

There was no true investigation done.

"We looked at the kid. He still has the arm. He promised. We hid our women. We gonna win."

These statements focus on rebuilding the DW-brand as the important thing.

No I didn't want Watson, because of the cost. I am saying all these AFC teams are making major moved to get better which in turn means we are dropping in the pecking order. Simple as that.
we will see how it plays out.. if we get Armstead, that would be major too
