It's normal for a sophmore slump. Stroud is not lighting up but hes not playing bad. What I expect to happen is by mid season you'll see stroud back through this rut and look better and more like he was last year as he learns more and adjusts

The sophomore slump is a myth but it’s a real thing and it’s a real thing bc NFL DCs adjust once they get tape.
