You don't go from #1 on the depth chart one year, to being cut the next year. He had a big breakout year in 2003. Last year he was good, not great but the entire team was a dissapointment. They won't give up on the guy this quick.

i found us a much better tight end and his name is jed weaver and i say lets bring him back or lets trade ricky to san fran for billy bajema and rashaun woods bajema is one hell of a bloocker and i will guarantee that he will bring on the wood and he catch 95 % of the balls thrown is way . lee only catches 20% of his passes right ? well i would say more like 10% but anyways i will sttle for alonzo mays if i have to but lee must go and soon.
