OK guys, I've been very out of the "loop" lately.

WB! I feel really bad for what you guys have had to endure (and for those still enduring it). My thoughts and prayers are with you guys.

Well, you havne't missed much except for the Perry cut as others pointed out...the fact that AJ and Gus both suck (hehe)...O Line chatter as always...there was some speculation that we'd go after Corey Simon but that never materialized and now it seems like he will sign with the Colts...etc. Nothing big.

Keep safe and I'm sure that the folks will be happy to update if you aren't able to get to the PC as often as you would like.
 
Hey DD28, you should PM Ricky Brown, he is heading down there with his PA National Guard!
 
Im praying for all you people. Absolute devastation. Hope you can get your life back together and that everyone close is OK DD28.

BTW, since I feel that I am extremely blessed to have a place to stay outside of New Orleans, I am going to volunteer as soon as it's possible to get back into the city.

There are thousands who are homeless right now and just need a helping hand. As soon as N.O. is accessable again, I'm going to go help.
I just think it's the right thing to do.

be safe man.. from what the media has provided us.. it seams they DONT WANT help. they shot at FEMA and coast gaurds. and at Hospitols.

best wishes to you and yours. after things get going, please let us know what we can do to best help the recovery (aside from giving money to relief agencies, which is pretty much a given).

Yeah, isn't that a shame? I was thinking more along the lines of maybe I can serve food at a shelter or something...

keep in mind, they're trying to entertain you, not inform you. they're going to pick the most sensational stories and run with them. the mobs don't speak for the majority, and shouldn't stop others from helping.

Glad to hear you're ok. My stepson was in New Orleans celebrating his birthday and got out on Saturday and is safely back in Baton Rouge. I have alot of in-laws in Lousiana but they all seemed to have weathered the storm pretty well.

Has there been a definate decision where the dolphins - saints game will be played yet?

not saying that is the maases however, caution should be taken.
I expected looting and such, but not shooting at help.
