OK.. So who wants Feeley back now??

Gus is Fiedler with a stronger arm, I know, I know. But the truth is he just might be our best option right now.

And give Linehan a break already. Had Frerotte scored on that pass, or got a first down and went onto score, youd be saying how Linehan is a genius for switching it up and keeping the defense on their toes. But Frerotte made a bad decision and we lost the game. We should be used to QBs making poor decisions that lose us games by now.

Some good things I noticied about the game was our improving defense, our improved offensive line, and of course Ricky and Ronnie. Our receivers are still inconsistant and when this team does become good enough to contend for a SB, we will have a new QB and a receiver other than Chambers.

This is all a process. We knew coming into this season that we wouldnt be good, so why are you surprised now?

But just for my personal amusement, answer my first question: Would you want Feeley to start if we still had him??

i agree w/what you say except the part about chambers,he is a good reciever,just needs a better Qb

I'm just saying before the season's over I'd like to see what he can do. You never know...I'm not saying he is the answer but he could be...Stranger things have happened.
 
I wouldn't mind having Feeley back but im more interested in seeing what Lemon can offer. Not yet, but down the road. For now id like to see what Sage can do. Gus has been horrible.
 
We've tried Feeley, we're trying it with Gus. Only ones left are Lemon and Sage. Sounds like an herbal tea which is what we'll need to calm ourselves after watching putrid QB play again and again. This team sorely needs a franchise QB. Griese was as close as they came. I'll bet Tampa's wishing Griese returns as soon as possible. They're 0-2 with Simms, 1 against a team worse than ours.
 
feeley? c'mon. if you said feidler, you may have a point; he may be better than gus. i bet on that 3rd and 2 he tries to make play with his legs...and gets injured :lol:

AJ is worse. with sage, we at least can say we dont know. he could be worse, but bottom of the barrel isnt much lower than gus.

at the very least, if sage plays, linehan wont have confidence in him and the fins will run the ball more...problem solved!
