Olbermann: Dolphins facing Saints like punishment

So people really think, they are going to suspend coaching for saying that Martin needs to be toughened up. All this silly dirt that Martin is trying to paint the organization with, when is someone going to dig dirt up on Martin. Is he getting protected because he in therapy??

Why would Ireland be punished? What did he do? Really curious

He should be fired for the poor vetting job he did on a mentally unstable manchild.

Olbermann basically went through the story timeline and even took a shot at Omar's credibility because what he is reporting today is different then what he reported on Saturday.

Olbermann said there are reports and that the team is hinting at firing Philbin. Also compared it to the Saints scandal and that the Dolphins could be hit with the same punishment or something worse.

Guys, I am absolutely dumb founded by them using the Saints Bounty system as a precedent...can they SERIOUSLY be this F'ing stupid to use an entire system that was designed to INJURE players, and award the offenders with big cash payouts, to the Dolphins BULLYING situation? Absolutely dumbfounded and at a loss of words.

He nubz I dont have espn 2 you think you could give a quick summary when its done????

Poor Omar can't catch a break. Even Keith Olbermann is bashing his reporting now. Wow.

This story is like making the Himalayas out of a molehill...

It kind of is, yeah. When you consider everything else that's going on in the world right now, it's pretty absurd.

But... easily identifiable bad guy allows journalists to pontificate.

In comparing the Saints and Dolphins, he said that even though other teams may be doing the same thing it is the fact that each of them were "caught" doing it. Now that it is such a big story, the league has to make am example of the Dolphins to change the culture in the NFL. The fear seems to be what the reaction would be if the league did nothing. Wouldn't be the first time a team has been railroaded because outsiders with pitchforks.

Ok who's going to come in and coach this dysfunctional franchise now?

Exactly, if all this goes down as Olbermann is saying, no quality coach will want to come here.

Who would've expected this at the start of the season? This is just insane. I'm really at a loss for words.

They are not considering that only Olberman is reporting that and he badly needs ratings so he'll say just about anything.

I can't imagine wtf they could have done to warrant stripping us of draft picks.

Olbermann actually used Peter King as his source for the Saints style punishment. Apparently he wrote something about it in MMQB.
