Sad, the Dolphins could have been built into a powerhouse that would own the AFC East for a decade or more. Instead they had morons running the team who completely wasted all the resources they had.

They would not do that, would cost too much at the stadium gates for lack of fans. Also, a bad message to send to the players. The sum product on the field would be Waaay worse than even games 2 - 6 were. No fans = no money. Does the idea have merit? Yes, but not going to happen.

I’m amazed anyone goes to the games. I’m from the old school Orange Bowl days, and just can’t imagine going to the hip stadium with nothing to watch in it.

Using that inane logic, we should never play any games again. Football, as a collision sport, is inherently dangerous to all of the participants health.
