Only fair to give AJ the start

RW,Morris,Gordon,Minor have not done to much to seperate themselves from KJ. So I say start the inexpereinced guy, maybe he'll turn around. But that is just me and I am just a fan!

so now your talking about RBs? i guess you have trouble realizing theres different situations for each position...

Feeleys longest completion against the Steelers was 12 yards and you want to start him? If anything, his inability to go deep should scare the hell out of you.
especially in an offense that focuses itself around downfield passing. LOL How the heck is that accomplishing the scheme. It's like telling your kid to brush his teth everyday, and the kid will do it, but they won't put toothpaste on the brush.

lol@this... hey lets bring in vinny testeverde then, hes got all those over AJ and gus, haha and i guess the bengals should start jon kitna over palmer too, and kurt warner should have stayed in NY to play over eli, and dilfer should have played over hasselbeck in seattle...

let me ask you this, you think this season gus will get us more than 2 more wins than AJ will? if you think so id say ok start gus...

personally i dont, hed have trouble hitting a wall throwing the ball in a bathroom hes that accurate... i just dont see him doing any better than AJ, and if thats the case the best thing for the miami dolphins organization is to play AJ...

OK COACH!!! I respect whatever you say Nick!

A.J. started the first game and didn't show anything worth giving him another try with the first team

I wish we had gotten Kurt Warner, he has some good years left

Doesn't matter, too many people have defended Feeley for so long that they don't want to admit their big hope isn't going to pan out the way they wanted. It's much easier to just defend him and make up excuses than just say "ok, this didn't work out, let's try something else". It's perectly human and understandable.

Kitna is a probowler as well. How did Palmer do in comparison to Kitna? What if Kitna was the starter. Less growing pains. 2 more wins. Playoff bound, and who knows from there! Super bowl?

Im from western pa and so is Frerrote but the bottom line is AJ was impressive Frerrote was not. It see saws back and forth. I think AJ starts and the coaches evaluate this performance along with the rest in the preseason to form a starter for qb oh and oline and then they start them in final preseason game and on to the regular season. Bottom line is right now there is no way either qb has earned the job. So since Frerrote started last week against the Steel City and all the pain they bring opposing qbs we have to start Feeley

I disagree with you completely, you are basically saying that you have seen something that Saban and his team had not. There is a reason that AJ is not the starter and Saban knows why, just trust him that he knows best.

Palmer is gonna bust loose and dominate this year

First, saying Gus has probowl talent is hysterical, really.

Second, you missed his point, we know what gus can do. There is a chance feeley can grow and be a better qb, better than gus. Why not give him a chance?

Third, It is not close to the Fielder situation....If feeley doesn't work this year, he is gone. Saban will not be holding him for the next 5 years.

If the staff picks Feeley, will you complain? Or will you keep this wonderful faith in staff outlook? I bet you will be screaming for the head of Saban if he comes out tomorrow and says feeley is starting.

Dead WRONG!

I do not get to go to practice and evaluate the 2 of them! I will 100% back Feeley if he is named the starter until he proves he can't do it!
I think Nick has a better handle on the situation than me.

If Gus helps the team to learn the system, it is worth starting Gus for the year. Why? B/C the entire team will benifit from a guy that knows what to do and can instruct them, rather than a guy that is not quite sure of the system and will not be able to explain what to do in a given situation. If the qb struggles w/ the system. the system will surely fail.
