The one GM who won everywhere he went. Bill Polian.

Took Buffalo to the Super Bowl multiple years. Is on the Wall of Fame in Rich Stadium.

Took the Carolina Panthers to the playoffs in just their second year of existence.

Hired by Indianapolis Colts who took over operations from 1998 to 2011. Drafted Peyton Manning.

If ever there was a guy with wisdom and the track record over everyone it is this guy.

He would be a great transitional GM who would be gone in a few years. He would be great for this organization to bring FA's here. He is very well respected throughout this league and will be in the Hall of Fame one day.
You can't really give him too much credit for his stint with the Colts just like you can't give Elway too much credit for the success of the Broncos. They both have something in common, they are a product of Peyton Manning, which is ironic to say considering he is just one player.

You cant? How bout Buffalo? Was that a mirage? Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith, Biscuit? cmon dude.

He had to pick between Peyton Manning and that idiot from Washington who not many people had a clear choice of who was better. He chose Manning. Character. Leadership. Family NFL DNA.

Decastro, Loughlin, or Dimitrioff for starters.
Pioli...no thanks.
