3 options for Orande.....

He either reinjures his wrist.....career over
Has a terrible year....could mean career over at 33 yrs old

Or continue his spectacular catches hopefully giving the Fins 500+ receiving during a contract year to keep his career going for another 3 years...Hope to see this option!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a lot at stake for Orande
-Is his heart still in it
-does he actually want to continue after this year

But I'll tell you what, when he makes that criticle 3 and 13 catch...I will say to myself and my friends at the game, "That's why we resigned this guy" Hope Orande has a great year!!!

Cant wait...few more days to camp!!

GO DOLPHINS

Or he could change his name to Oronde. :)

I think he'll have a nice ypc average this year. I think he'll make some big grabs down the field and over the middle. I think he'll do very nicely in his specialist role. I feel good about him being back on the roster.

Only question is......who's going to start.....will they hang onto the starting job.....and how long will it take for Jay and the starter to get in sync with one another.

He'll make his handful of spectacular grabs during September and October, be a good target for Jay on 3rd downs, then by December he'll fade due to injuries and athritis like he has every year and not be a factor for the playoffs, causing people to ask, "why did we resign this guy?".

I just hope we don't lose Tolver because of keeping OG instead.

option 4 - Tolver, McK and DT are soooo impressive in PS that we cut OG

In that case, we'd still keep OG.

You got that right, we won't cut him no matter what...unfortunately...The Big punk costs us our younger more potential types at the end of his career, and we know how hard it is to find a receiver in Miami. You guys knew I had to give my 2 cents.:D I know you're coming after me Prime Time, I just had to get minds in first..

On the bench where he belongs!!

so true:lol: , if Gadsden works hard this offseason, he might have a better 40 time than Sam Adams:lol: ...either way, you're better off only using him in the redzone

I wouldnt mind using OG in the redzone.. last year, we tried going with Carter in the redzone and look what happened.. lol

I was put the odds mear 2:1 we will, but if he is behind CC, McK, DT and JR there is chance we will just keep Newson or consider Rogers a 5th WR and cut. Like I said a chance

Sorry guys, but I'll beat my dead horse again. ;) We're always gonna have Kendall Newsome's and Robert Baker's in camp every year. I'll take OG over those guys. Guys who likely will never be anywhere near as good a receiver. It's not like we don't have young, potential types on the roster. Chambers, Thompson, Tolver are enough for me.

And nowhere in stone does it say that OG's gauranteed a roster spot. The best players will make the team. But my money says he RIGHTFULLY makes the squad.

All this spitefulness just gets on my nerves sometimes.

Agree Muck...Is changing Orandes' name option 4? Or am I missing something?

You're missing something. His name is spelled Oronde. :)

OG has a better chance of making it because he knows the Fins offensive scheme pretty good. IMO, he will make it.
