Our long term solution to quarterback is preparing for the approaching college season

I would love to see the dolphins go for vince young!!! We are getting old around here!!
 
Vince Young is staying for his senior season if the Longhorns don't win a national championship. Texas players show a pattern of doing so (Ricky, Cedric, Nathan Vasher, Derrick Johnson etc.)...

I like all of those guys, but if Leak is available Saban will take him after all he saw him play and he knows the SEC. I would love to have Jacobs or young also.

It should be intresting if we pick up Vick, I hope he does good in the Pros,that way we can see a shootout between The Brothers Vick.
 
I know the year Saban won the National Championship at LSU Leak-as a true freshmen-led the Gators into Baton Rouge and laid the only loss on that NC LSU club....that has GOT to stick in his mind....Chris will not have great "measureables" especially height and would be there in the second to third rounds I think unless he is heisman good this year (please G#D)
 
If you ask me Leak is the best talent in the upcoming draft. He can run and throw kind of like Culpepper
 
Vince young is the best option at qb he is like a right handed vick.
 
I'm not sure exactly where our QB of the future is right now, but I know where he isn't: on our current roster.
 
I don't want Chris Leak, but I would love to have either Omar Jacobs or Vince Young and we should have a shot at one of them.

Omar Jacobs TD-INT ratio was amazing what like 41/8?

And Vince Young in the Rose Bowl, Ran for 4 touchdowns against Michigan, that was really the only game I got to see him in but he looked great, so that probably why I like him :lol:
 
I would love to get Omar Jacobs. Being from Toledo which is only 20 minutes from BG I have been able to see him play quit alot and he is the real thing. A big athletic qb with a good arm and can run.

All i know is that there is a really sharp 2nd year 6'5" qb sitting as 2nd string on Atlanta's bench this year who always looks good when he plays and has already been talked about as being too good to be a back up...he's the real deal.
