our losses are not on our defense... period

NOT TODAY....but blindly saying NONE are on our defense is ignorant...
 
Man, I've been watching this team for twenty years, our defense can play like world beaters until they need a stop. And then they fold. They played great all day...but in the end 80 yard drive, game. A story that I know you guys can recall from years past. They didn't lose the game, but their play at the end resulted in a loss.

Yup, your so right. I've Been watching as long too and see the same thing... but if our offense scored the three td's they were supposed to, that last drive wouldn't have mattered. their on the field 45 long minutes... of course their tired by then
 
The D played more than good enough to win. Our offense was flat out horrible. The O got set up on the 10 after a pick and couldn't score. Just like in the Tampa game. The offense is a bottom 2-3 offense in the league. How many yards per game do we average from our RBs? I'm surprised we have 5 wins. Most of them are because our D keeps us in games. Most of them.
 
Offensive play calling BLOWS!!!!! and the prevent defense just before the 1/2 giving them the field goal and 3 points. I knew we lost the game then and it would bite us in the ass.

Now this I can squarely get behind. The playcalling overall didnt blow because Tannehill was using the pocket much better but running the ball still in the 4th qtr when we were negative yards was a bit attrocious.

The prevent defense was absolutely unacceptable.

It's the offense's fault the defense couldn't make a 4th and 10 stop that essentially would've won the game? The goal of offense aside from scoring points is to have more points than the other team. It's up to the defense to keep the lead. They didn't.
 
This defense doesn't deserve a pass for anything since week two this season, no lead has been safe with how poor they have been. How many double digits leads does a defense have to blow before people realize that they blow?
