our top 5 QB'S since Marino?

As far as Namath definitely not worth it just by stats alone but his impact on the sport at that time was unreal. He turned the sport upside down with his playboy style and hollywood personality at a time football really needed it and it's popularity has taken off ever since.
i was lucky enough to have my parents take me to the Alabama vs Texas orange bowl game . Bama lost but i came home with a banner for my wall and was a Namath fan after that.

You seriously want folks to list the top 5 since Marino? Why, oh, Why ... This is like which one of my crazy girlfriends was the more crazy than the other. I'd rather just forget!

I guess that Fiedler would be #1, with Tannehill way down the list. In fact, I'd rather see Henne throwing deep to Wallace than Tannehill.

Pennington
Feidler
Moore
Ferrote
Tannehill

WHAT!??!?!?! NO LOVE FOR RAY LUCAS?!?!?!?! .................... :foundout:

Lucas, Lemmon, Beck, and Huard resides in the Pat White wing of the Dolphins HOF.

This is a dark thread, dude.

1. Pennington
Easily, the best though in too brief a time.

2. Brian Griese
Okay, this one is a personal bias. I'll always feel that Wannstedt purposefully sabotaged his time here and ended his career.

3. Ryan Tannehill
It was a decent run under his familiar Sherman offense. Really would like to see more from him outside of it.

4. Jay Fiedler
Was never a big fan of his, but he had some decent moments.

5. Gus Frerotte
He wasn't good, but he had a strong arm and hit on deep passes. Became effective in that awesome Linehan offense.

This is like asking who the tallest guy is at a midget convention.

This thread is the most depressing thing ever. I wince at who we COULD have gotten too.
Mine:

1) Fiedler
2) Tannehill
3) Pennington
4) Frerotte
5) Moore

I need to throw up. HOW ARE WE ALL STILL A FAN OF THIS TEAM?! WE NEED SOME SORT OF AWARD FOR SOLDIERING THROUGH ALL OF THIS!

Pennington played the best ball since Dan retired.
Fiedler was a tough SOB. People hated him cause he followed Dan
Gus Ferotte played some good ball for us Satan's 1st year in Lanahan's offense .... What could have been with Breez?
Ryan T Hill I think gets my fourth spot hoping Lazor can raise his game and this ranking by years end
Chad Henne....I think they coached him up to fail....what could have been with a real QB coach

I didn't hate Fielder because he followed Dan. I hated him because he sucked and the team stuck with him for so damn long even though he sucked.

Fieldler and Pennington still have deep out passes that haven't got their yet! If Pennington had even an average NFL arm he would have been great instead of solid!

Heh most depressing thread ever would be the top 5 QBs who should have realistically been Dolphins.

1. Aaron Rodgers
2. Drew Brees (FA)
3. Matt Ryan
4. Drew Brees (Draft)
5. Russell Wilson

Drew Brees.....oh, never mind. Forgot 10 million a year was to much for a future hall of famer

Personally, after Dan, the player I enjoyed most behind center hasn't even been mentioned yet:
