Did I mention anywhere they aren't a good receiving corps? Reread what I stated. I laughed because he stated Philbin always had a number one receiver in his offense at Green Bay. I don't believe either one of them would be considered an elite, number one receiver. However, they didn't need to be in Philbin's offense.
its still hard for me to grasp how we got better without brandon marshall.
roddy white drops a lot of balls. he wasn't traded. (insert, yea, but brandon marshall is a cancer, blah blah blah)...
we have nanee, bess, hartline, gates, and some other tools out there for a WR corps right now... how in the **** are we better than last year at the position?
The thought process I've heard is BM is a type of WR that's needs to be the focus of any passing offense. It's my understanding the Dolphins aren't looking to have that type of WR on the roster. Especially one that is a mental case and reportedly a huge pain in the ass in the locker room and in meetings.
They want to have a true WR corps, rather than a offense geared towards one guy. Even if that WR was not a nut job.
