Are YOU serious???? Show me WHERE I personally attacked you? When did I call you a Jets fan? I think you got the wrong person there! By telling you your ideas are outlandish, for example, I'm attacking your posts/ideas NOT the poster! Learn the difference! I'm just sick of seeing people like you think they know what's best for the team THEN having the nerve to insult a person's intelligence for disagreeing with them! Look I'm not going to tell you how to think about this team, but if you continue to personally attack a person's intelligence or resort to name calling, your stay on this board won't be long. Just a caution.

The Parcells led front office blatantly refused to address positions of need in areas of skill players, we REALLY should have drafted Hakeem Nicks at 25, and the fact that they took Pat White (a luxury pick) in the 2nd round instead of a skill player makes me want to take a flamethrower to landshark stadium.

I'm sick of the excuses, flat out I feel like these guys are losers and a lot of the players are losers too.... I say get rid of them all and if Ted Ginn is on the team next year I'll have trouble with not going on a murderous rampage.

1. This coaching staff was the first in the NFL to bring back the single wing, and look at it now. Seems to me they can call/create effective plays.

2. Had we drafted Nicks, we would all be complaining about our piss poor secondary and why parcells never takes a CB in the 1st round.

3. Can't really defend Pat White.

4. Alot of these so called "losers" were on the division winning team from last season, soooo....

That's par for the course around here apparently. It's happened to me as well. Some jerkwad tells you you "don't know what you're talking about" and talks down to you because of your opinion and then YOU get a warning for standing up for yourself.

Having said that, it's a bad idea to fire the entire staff right in the middle of a rebuilding process. It's NOT however, a bad idea to evaluate the staff if you're Parcells. The staff has had many negatives this year and need to be called out for it. If I'm Parcells, I make it clear that alot of this BS needs to be cleaned up by next season or there will be changes made. Coaches need to be held accountable for their blunders just as much if not more than the players. If Parcells isn't at least assessing the staff this offseason, that's bad management plain and simple.

Disagree with firing them all.

What I'd like to see is Sparano come back, bring back the entire defensive staff and maybe add another linebacker coach. Completely clean house with the offensive staff, from Dan Henning down to the freakin offensive quality control coach cause if Henning keeps calling the same stupid play where he has trips right and puts Marshall in motion then the OQCC isn't doing his job by self scouting the team...or maybe Henning is too much of an idiot to listen...either way clean house. We need a new younger, energetic, innovative offensive staff...that doesn't have the wildcat in their playbook.

Another thing that needs to happen is Ireland needs to get aggressive in the draft. No more playing it safe and avoiding players that could be potential playmakers just to take a safe pick. Yes the safe pick usually ends up being a solid player but we've got a roster full of solid players...we need playmakers, we need game changers.
 
agree, sparano is an idiot and our gm ireland has made so many mistakes its not even funny. 3 years is enough ive seen enough

So you're gonna blame all the missed tackling, dropped balls, bull**** calls and lack of plays by our PLAYERS on our coaches? Henning is the only one that needs to go in my opinion. Everyone says fire this person, fire that person, albiet we won the AFCE title 2 years ago. The problem is these people never have any solutions to who should step in. It's pretty easy to say "Jon Gruden"...
 
I'd disagree with firing them all. I'm completely sick of that feeling of hope and excitement that comes with new regimes only to have that gut wrenching sick feeling when you realize they're ****ing incompetent. I'd rather keep my feelings even tempered. I'm all for mediocrity now.
 
Ireland should be fired.

Sparano should be fired.

Henning should be fired.

Any remaining ties that Parcells has with the Dolphins should be severed.

This is a failed experiment. Time to move on. No point in dragging this out beyond this season.
