This is the guy I want as our NEXT HEAD COACH!

Good Riddance Jeff Fisher!!!! Give me Carmichael Jr. who has been calling the plays and has the Saints offense averaging over 500 yards per game. That is right, 500 yards per game with Carmichael calling the plays. Payton turned them over a few weeks back and has let Carmichael keep them because they are doing so well. Give me this guy as Head Coach and let him call plays for us as well. Ross said he wants a Young Shula and also said that his idea in business is always hiring younger people with things to prove because they work harder. Well MR. ROSS, this is your guy!

Put his name in the hat. Does he like working for Ireland?
Can he deal with an owner like Ross?
Does he want to leave a well run franchise for this Benny Hill franchise?

He's number 1 on my list now (actually, billick is but carmichael is number 1 that we may actually look at).

I want Carmichael now, young coach who can lead us into the future.
Ross if your looking at this hire this guy.

I don't believe he has played football at college or pro level. That is not a big deal to me, but it is something Moss and other candidates have over him in the leadership department.

Besides him being a good offensive coordinator and having Drew Brees as his QB, what do you know about him?

I agree...I am on the Carmichael Jr bandwagon....the guy has the smarts and learning from Payton is a good thing.

Carmichael Jr. doesn't strike me as having the personality to keep control over a lockerroom of grown men. He may be Cam Cameron Part 2

I'm ok with them talking to several guys but we need to pick one at some point soon so he can get a staff together and start planning for free agency and the draft.

Ozzy rules!!
