So it sounds like it will be Farmer... Not opposed to it, but it sucks that the perception will be that he Dolphins got left at the altar again.

They should just go ahead and announce Farmer already. He needs to get started evaluating the players I this team.
 
Ummmm. Okay...a few things. One, can we stop with the "Bucs do not have a GM either, but they do not get static" statements. Two, that leaves Farmer if you believe the PBP. Time to land him and get on with this project.

Was about to type that I bet Licht is going to Tampa, especially after Vital withdrew, and this one I do believe.

By the Bucs deciding on Licht, the Dolphins can truly take their time and decide on the best candidate. No competition for GMs.

I don't agree we can take our time. I think we need a GM in place by the end of he week. There is a lot of work to be done evaluating the talent on this team and setting a plan for the offseason. It is not healthy to have the whole personnel department in limbo

Btw, the Bucs job Licht has been tabbed for is a "real" GM job as he has control of the draft & other personnel decisions.
