Petition to Fire Jeff Ireland - Please sign if you agree

If you guys are sucessful in getting Ireland Fired, you do realize, no good GM will touch this place if they think every stinkin' pick they make will get blasted by fans.
 
Also don't give me any BS about "If they would just get some playmakers!!!" Problem is NONE and I mean NONE of you guys hardly ever agree on who is a "playmaker" or "#1WR" or "Franchise QB". So if they bring in a player to make the FANS happy. Should they just hold an poll on the internet and whatever player wins get drafted?
Because from what i see is Fans pissed off about not signing playerA or playerB. This is getting completely out of hand. You guys are practically ensuring this team fails.
The more pressure you put on them the more likely they will bring in FA or draft poplular players for show and not if they actual fit a need to fill a hole.

 
For the record. I believe he should be fired but not right before the draft.....they should had done it when they let Sparano go but they needed to get a HC so they kept him. Now we have the draft so they're keeping him but after the draft they should do it unless he somehow has an amazing draft but is hard to judge a draft without waiting 3 years but I don't want to wait that long.

I agree...it's too late to fire Ireland...you don't fire a GM a month before the NFL Draft. Ireland hasn't had a lot of success but hopefully by getting rid of Marshall we can start to rebuild. I don't think Ireland has total say over who we pick, and I think some of the bad personnel decisions can also be blamed on Parcells and others. Just because a few disgruntled NFL players are running their mouth and saying players don't want to play in Miami, doesn't make it true. Protesting in front of the stadium and sending Ross petitions isn't going to change anything. It's Ross team and he has the final say.
