So much for Peyton Manning being a "great" Quarterback. Manning got the NFL record for TD's thrown in a season by playing 10 games INDOORS....when he plays outside like today, he is average at best.

When people say Marino is overrated because he never won a super bowl do you agree with them?

This was what you would call "average"?

This guy just plain sucks outdoors.

Superbowl is a team accomplishment. Name ONE player that single handedly won a superbowl.

To be fair the rest of that offense underachieved badly.

Exactly! So why is everyone bashing Manning when his defense couldnt stop the Pats offense. Manning hardly had the ball at all in the 2nd half, and his WR dropping balls and fumbling twice didnt help. All these people on here bashing Manning because he didnt light up the Pats defense are just bitter about him breaking Marinos record. I love Marino, and know he is better than Manning, but people on here saying Manning isnt good are morons.

marino was not over rated. he could play in any weather. he was always minus a defense or a running game. i don't know what mannings problem is, it can't be the cold, he played in tennesee and it gets below freezing there! i just don't know!

You're right. If AJ Feeley played 10 games indoors, he could have thrown 49 TDs as well.

Did you notice Dan Marino was trying hard not to chuckle when discussing Peyton's "great year," on the post game show. Peyton looked like Archie today.

Anyone know who holds the record for TD's in one season, including playoffs.
