PFN simulation

Considering Mike McDaniel’s system and the addition of the new Boston College O-Line coach I took a stab at the TDN draft simulator. Let me know what you guys think.

1. Zion Johnson - G - Boston College (played for new o-line coach, highly regarded)
2. John Metchie III - WR - Alabama (speed, good YAC capability and familiar with Tua)
3. James Cook - RB - Georgia (good receiver and zone runner)
4a. Alec Lindstrom - C - Boston College (zone blocking center and known commodity to new o-line coach)
4b. Channing Tindall - LB - Georgia (good blitzed and good speed)
5. Max Mitchell - OT - Louisiana (very athletic - zone blocking fit)
6. Michael Woods II - WR - Oklahoma (very talented, down year in new system and never meshed with Oklahoma QB)
7. Abram Smith - RB - Baylor (physical back that is good at inside zone)

Expect Miami to sign several FA OL starters so it would be surprising to see them prioritize the OL in the Draft as well.

I agree. Mitchell is developmental. Lindstrom can at least challenge Dieter. The real issue is their is probably only one lineman that started last year that can fit in the zone scheme. We will probably go after two in free agency and still draft 2-3.

Jahan Dotson
Leo Chanel
Skyy Moore
Dylan Parham
Tyler Allgeier
Alec Lindstrom
Logan Bruss
Skylar Thompson

Man I love how this one turned out. Speed for days at WR, day 1 starting LB,a power back, 3 athletic lineman, and a T Hill type dual threat QB.

Wow I would be in heaven with this draft plus an additional 3rd and fourth

Any draft with trades is a waste of time, the value they give is absurd.

Why so much love for PFN? I usually use The Draft Network (TDN), anything I'm missing out on?

Edit: so I just tried PFN, they really jam the trades down your throat, don't they? I'd recommend trying out TDN, much more user-friendly IMO, and the ranking and draft pics seem much more likely (PFN had Karloftis going #3 overall lmfao)

Just hit the (start a mock draft) button, upper right

The trades can be unrealistic but they add to the fun.

After round 4 I just go with BPA and write ups.

Made a couple of small, reasonable trade downs and came up with this 3 rounder:
