If all things are equal in regards to our interviewee's skills in evaluating college and pro talent, soft skills, etc. , I hope they go with a minority candidate.

Dawson has to pick good players obviously. However, can you imagine his outgoing, articulate and intelligent self compared to the bunkerbound, tight-lipped Jeff Ireland?

I don't mind him being outgoing, but I will never think it's a good idea to
just talk willy nilly just to satisfy fans and give away free information.
