Philbin over McCoy

I made this sig for Hayden so he doesn't have to repeat himself anymore.

McCoy. Both had major issues with the OL. The difference is that McCoy tried to address it, while Philbin tried to pretend it didn't exist and kept playing crap players.

Given that it's been reported that Philbin told Jeff Ireland as early as March that Martin couldn't play LT worth a ****, I don't know how you're blaming the coach for that one.

Jefflon. Still made of Teflon even after getting axed.

Starting this thread is like someone's idea of a sick joke?

Phintim - You should not really wind Hayden up like that. Hayden devotes half his finheaven time to mauling Joe for his inability to lead men and his reliance on cue cards in his inspirational talks to the players in the locker room. (The other 50% of Hayden's time goes to berating Jonathan Martin and his snake (and trouser snake) impersonation).
Hayden blames billionaire New York resident Stephen Ross for selecting Joe when Mike McCoy was the obvious appointment and lives for the day that Joe is kicked out.

jefflon - nice :)

You guys are brutal. Hayden is probably enjoying a nice relaxing Sunday evening w his family and is gonna log in to this! :)

From outside looking in, Philbin appears wishy washy and a marginal leader at best. McCoy appears decisive and a leader of men.

Chargers celebrate when they score TDs and are 24 points behind. I don't think they understand that they're in the playoffs.

Wish the Dolphins could understand that they need to get there first.

In Miami's defense, Tannehill is still learning who is in his division, and most of the team probably don't even know that the post-season exists!

Phillip Rivers > Ryan Tannehill.

That's the difference.

Well ummm, yes 10 year NFL vet was much better then 2 year NFL vet Ryan Tannehill this year, but if you compare River's 2nd year starting vs Tannehill's.....

Name.........GP......CMP......ATT......CMP%......YDS......AVG......TD......LNG......INT......FUM......RAT

Rivers........16.......277.......460.......60.2........3,152....6.85......21.......49........15........06........82.4

Tannehill...16.......355.....588......60.4.........3,913....6.66......24......67.........17.......06.........81.7

Seems Tannehill and Rivers were about the same within their 2nd years starting, yet unlike Rivers, Tannehill did not have as much experience coming into the NFL, and River's 2nd year starting was actually his 4th year in the NFL, so he had plenty of time to get situated and used to the NFL, unlike Tannehill who had to learn while on the job....but yea, OK, Tannehill is not as good as Rivers.

You get a prize if you can figure out which of these statements is NOT true:

  • The field is clean and free of debris.
  • The grammar is perfect in our Powerpoint presentations.
  • We practice on a different day of the week than before.
  • We won at least one of our last two games.
