Philbin Supporters: Why do you want Philbin to stay?

Clean house, just hit the re-set button on the entire front office and coaching staff. Hate always starting over, but a partial cleansing won't cut it this time. Ireland and Philbin should be tied at the hip in all of this.
It seems like the way it's heading. Although Ross still seems behind JP which I really think was his call to hire him in the end. Hopefully this council will give him solid football advice which he clearly needs. I really hope we do not have to give up draft picks over Martin on top of all this.

I wouldn't say I'm a Philbin supporter I just want what is best for my team...going into this yr I felt we had to give Philbin until the end of next yr to really give him a fair assessment, I still believe that....I also felt Ireland and Philbin should be a package deal, when one goes so should the other...I don't think it helps the team to bring in a new GM right before Philbin possible last yr of force a new GM to work with Philbin for a yr before he can find his own guy...s

Now with the latest developments with the mess in Miami things have changed...Ross goes on national tv and supports Philbin then says there will be changes after the investigation...in other words he made up his mind before all the details are in that Philbin is staying and Ireland will take the fall.....I hope this isn't the case...if Philbin was negligent in his duties then he should go too....

Why I would keep him is for one he is a new coach and still trying to learn his job, we will have the same problems if we bring in another 1st time head coach.....when Philbin was hired Ross has to give him the time and resources to get the job done....he hasn't had 2 yrs yet and now he is trying to coach in the middle of a crisis with a team with few leaders and very young....not fair to base your opinion on if he can get the job done during this issue only, unless it determined he could have stopped it or was part of the problem...

Normally I would say give him 3 years but after last night's performance on top of all the dysfunction IMO he needs to go. We need a clean slate from all this mess.

The loss of draft picks is something no one wants to talk about. But it could happen depending on how severe this thing is. If Goodell determines that the collective bargaining agreement was breached, this could be a serious problem.

yeah, but those bucs had their best players on the field during critical parts of the game. why would we ever have wake on the sideline? why would we ever allow trunsnik on the field? **** it. lets just fire them today.
You have to be kidding me. They were starting their 4th string RB and Mike Glennon, that alone makes then less talented. As a whole, the Dolphins are more talented than the winless Buccs led by a coach they hate

Yeah, that made no sense at all whatsoever. I was shaking my head at that thinking "oh man this is gonna be a loooong night!"

Nublar just called for a house cleaning.

Folks, you know it's bad.

You've definitely not been listening. and this won't end well of you if you are really trying to press buttons. I've got a few buttons you don't have.

Come on now he is funny most the time! Just use humor to drown the Dolphins stink!
