Jay Cutler will be the next best QB on the board when the Jets pick at #4. That means he will have to stay there for 12 more picks before Miami gets a shot at him. Does that seem likely to you? It doesn't to me. He will be gone before the #16 pick. Wouldn't you agree that QB is a position that alot of teams need improvement on this draft?
