This is a list and what their overall ranking was according to PFW:

#47 - Ciatrick Fason, RB, Florida -- Will Miami decide to stockpile their talent at running back? Fason represents TREMENDOUS VALUE at this pick.

#75 - Fred Gibson, WR, Georgia -- Another guy who is good value, and another player that Nick Saban has coached against and is familiar with.

#77 - Sean Considine, FS, Iowa -- A teammate of second round pick Matt Roth, and he's a similar high motor player. Very smart safety.

#93 - Ronald Fields, DT, Mississippi State -- May not be the value they want with several players rated higher than him on the board.

These are players that Nick is familiar with, which seems to be the trend he is showing with his draft picks. There are other players available that have slipped for whatever reason.

I cant believe Marion Barber III is still around. That guy can play. I absolutely believe he could be a starter in the NFL.

i actually just started a thread about Fason. Makes a lot of sense, but will get a lot of mixed reviews from fans, not including myself, who will say that we should've gone Braylon at #2.

Fred Gibson would be a nice pick. He would be a good guy to bring in to help push Thompson and could maybe develop into the succesor to Marty Booker's spot.

Bit too early to take Bragg value wise. We have to either take Hawthorne, McPherson, or Brown with this pick.

Where is Booker going? He has a long and very cap friendly contract. He is gonna be here a while.

no, Im very happy we drafted Brown, however I was a member of the Edwards bandwagon I still believe the draft is an A+ so far. Elton Brown I believe is the pick if he isn't picked.

If Saban takes the fans favourite, Adrian McPherson... surely he'll turn into some kind of God. I mean, what he has done thus far is awesome... but adding McPherson would just be unreal.

McPherson, McPherson, McPherson. Please God let us take McPherson. I know he isn't the safest pick, but there is no denying his potential. He could turn out to be special. Steve DeBurg has been raving about this guy.
