players want to play in miami

no doubt the fins are more attractive with Saban...

But honestly, were there any big name free agents this year?

They don't have to be big name FA's to help your team.

Its funny how cheap we ended up getting all of the above. You are talking about vet min for most of them.

Buffalo is cold but we've signed...

Lawyer Milloy, Troy Vincent, Sam Adams, Takeo Spikes.

Players go where they can play and get the most money.

If money wasn't the case for all your signings, why didn't they all sign for the minimum?

?huh?

I also think its funny how before this year our standard free agent signing always involved busts. Reggie Howard we way overpayed and now regret it. Jeno James same deal. Damian McIntosh we overpayed and got him because all of our targets didnt come here. So far I have to admit that every target that Saban has had has come here. The ones that havent he isnt offering insane deals to to lure them. We have done way more this year with almost no cap space than we have done in years past when were free to go after some of the big names.

Perfect example, Lance Shulters, he wouldn't even be a 3rd Safety on the Bills, but he can step in a start because you have holes.

You've got a lot of confidence in a 100 year old FS with 4 games of experience.

no way, why would every other team like to have a has been? Kevin Carter was wanted by everyone and has had a solid career without ever geting injured and has impressed in camp.

what's wrong with a player that is known to be very smart. BB had confidence in Tim Brown being a cb, no? How did that turn out?

Who?

I see Holiday, Carter, Traylor, and Jones and Shulter...they all are past there prime.

McDougle is a good pickup, he should be on your OL for years.

damien Cook dosn't do it for me.

Didn't McDougle sign a 1-year deal?

You mean Troy? He gave up a game winning TD to us.

let me rephrase, not as good as they once were. If I want a chance to shine again, I would rather go to a team that was at the bottom of the league. I know I would be better than what they had.

I won't deny though that playing for a coach like Saban could also influence a player to go to miami.

Catapano, when Wanny was the coach, no one wanted to go play for Miami inspite of the weather and women.
