Playing Jordan at LB

Why can't these coaches get their players up to speed in many positions. It's sick to watch.

Absolutely no one is better than Daniel Thomas or Nolan Carroll. How many players aren't getting opportunities???

So far has been a sad draft for all the hoopla around it here

We have been super bad at evaluating or utilizing our own talent for years. No doubt Jordan should be on the field. 3rd player selected. Barely used, but the irony is when he gets in the game good stuff happens. He is a play maker, hopefully the next coach can him on the field, and Daniel Thomas and Nolan Carroll off the team.

His position is at LB (but in a 3-4 scheme, still don't understand the pick for a 4-3 team)...again here is a guy who went stride for stride with Gronk, has the size and speed to be a excellent blitzer....Wheeler is doing this team no favors. On a team playing this poorly and to have none of the rookies making any regular contribution is just pathtic. I think I could handle the team losing the way they are if there was a high percentage of rookies starting, working under the belief the team has a young core to build around, instead we are looking at an aging core that needs to be blown up.

I would love to see how Belicheat would have used him.....I bet he would have given the kid a roll (15-18 plays) that teams would have to game plan for each week.....

A) Belichick fits the scheme to his players (ala Shula), not forcing players into a scheme - which is prob why so many of these guys can't get on the field; and why the one's who are play like friggin robots.

Philbin, Sherman, and Coyle believe in their "system" so much that they will not deviate from it or change it to suit their players, even though it's clearly not working.

Dolphins have the bottom feeders of offensive and defensive coordinators..
How they can justify go pass and go go run to tip off the defense is crazy.
Mike sherman needs to go the hell away from the dolphins.
