They all are, Martin because he didn't seek out a solution within the organization before going nuclear (according to what we know),,,Richie for not learning any life lessons over the last 10 yrs and continues to make bad decisions, the coaching staff for allowing Richie to be on the leadership team after the incident at the charity, for going into the season with a weak minded player assigned to protect you're franchise player blind side and unaware that the player pranks were going over the line......

Martin's parents have nothing to do with this...they are protecting there son as was Richie dad.....

It's looking more and more like Martin (and Parents) seem to be the ones that are falling on the more shady part of these stories.

If someone decides not to share their feelings, IMO it is their fault. Martin is obviously mentally weak, for whatever reason, but he's weak. I don't care what he did at Stanford, obviously something changed in him after he left there. I don't think the Dolphins locker room is that much different than the one he played in at Stanford.

The issue I have with Cog is he left VM's and txt's. Once you go there, meaning away from the facility you deserve what you get. Only a moron would even joking leave a message like that.

I don't see how you can blame Incognito honestly. I mean yeah he probably took it too far with the racist remarks and that's basically the only reason cares about any of this - But as USUAL the Dolphins upper management failed here. Complete accountability falls on THEIR heads, they sent Incognito as their mercenary to deal with Martin's perceived lack of toughness, that's literally the most unprofessional thing i've ever heard.

Oh yeah, Incognito sounds like a great guy and I'd be proud to call him a friend!

Poll results are sad, sad, sad. All parties bear responsibility and seeing almost 50% of responses blaming Martin alone, given the evidence released thus far, is sad commentary on the respondents,

Considering that Martin was giving other guys on the team hell (Stole Samuda's car, sent Richie inappropriate texts) but got mad when other guys gave him hell, I think the poll is spot on.

That's how. It can't be ignored.
