But I am pretty well informed on the issues surrounding Peyton's neck. I know one orthopedic doctor that I've been in weekly discussion with about exactly this topic for months. He keeps up on every piece of news and every development, and listening to his commentary has certainly helped me frame exactly what's likely to be going on in Peyton's neck.
You and your doctor friend can keep up with the news and stories, but at the end of the day you and your doctor friend dont know squat about peytons medical history or any current conditions. Let us know when you get a hold of his files.

Right, cause you didn't have a temper tantrum in your previous post. Sounds like you're hypocritically interpreting my "tone". Lol. Funny stuff right there. At least you've conceded. Therefore, I can only conclude that you've realized you were wrong about Peyton Manning's spine disintegrating.

LOL! OK, yeah. I've conceded. You wowed me with your knowledge. Heh.

The Manning/Tannehill option is very attractive but VERY costly. The Matt Flynn option isn't nearly so costly, IMO. I think it's a good option.

Are you sold on Flynn? Thats my reasoning for the Manning/Tannehill stradegy...I just can't get comfortable with the facts we have on Flynn in order to place all the eggs in his basket. I certainly would defer to Philbin in this matter if he is stone cold sold on him. If Manning is healthy, we know what he brings and I really like the potential of Tannehill for the future. I guess I'm just not sure just how good Flynn really is?

I would love to hear your thoughts on Flynn.

Uhhh...no. If that's what you "know" then you know less than I do about medicine, evidently. I've never, ever, ever, ever espoused the idea of signing Matt Flynn AND drafting Ryan Tannehill. In fact I've chided that idea several times.

Agreed, If you draft Manning I like the idea of taking Tannehill. If you sign Flynn, your saying he is the future and that you are sold on him for at least "now"....which would mean at best drafting a later round QB.

I am definitely in the minority but I don't want Peyton Manning or Matt Flynn. I'd be more interested in taking all that we would invest into one of those guys and putting it towards pass rushers, secondary, offensive line, and offensive weapons.

I wont be forced into overdrafting tannehill in round 1.

I would rather roll with chad henne or matt moore.

While everyone scrambles for a QB this year, we can quietly beef out this roster for the future. Next year lets take a shot at barkley. he's a guy I would trade two 1st rounders for. Landry Jones has a lot to prove to me, but you never know what another year will do for his draft stock.

if theres a will theres a way. offer the colts a cant-say-no package for luck. you never know. everyone has a price. he's my only exception for adding to this roster right now

Will we hear on Wednesday if Peyton is free? They have to pay him Thursday, so does that mean they'll let him go Wed (if it happens) or do they have until end of the day Thursday?

lol yea bro, they owe him his bonus on thursday, so that means they gotta release him before they have to pay him.

The colts can and will say no. Whoever has the top pick next year can and probably will say no as well. We wont get barkley unless we have the worst record.

you have a sig that says "are we ever gonna get a qb?" and then you post something like this...and want to wait even longer

Truth be told, all this Decastro and Ingram and Blackmon and whoever talk . . . we truly only need another pass rusher. You give me Manning and Tannehill and grab a pass rusher in round 2 (or trading back up into round 1), I think we can make alot happen with that team. We can get the OLine right, TE is not bad, WR isn't bad, DB isn't bad, I mean Miami has a golden opportunity to solve the one thing that has been plaguing them for years for a long time, lets make it happen.
