Chad Henne has already failed. This poll is 1 year too late. I guess his failure last year wasnt convincing enough for some people.
Not comparing the players, but Drew Brees didn't become a quality player until his 4th season. Just saying.
And before people state that it's different circumstances, how? Hell had Phillip Rivers not held out for so long, he wouldn't even of had the chance to prove he had improved. He was benched the previous year for Doug Flutie.
Again NOT saying Henne will turn it around, but it can happen. It's do or die for him. I personally am rooting for him to do it. If he doesn't, we draft a QB next year.
But I see what Vaark is trying to do with the poll, and I understand it and it's something I've pointed out. There are people out there (not all people that don't like Henne, but quite a few out there) that obviously don't want Henne to succeed. Hell, there are those saying the best part about Henne and Moore is that we are promised a chance at Luck, and they are happy because of that.
That is overboard.
Correct, it is a good point. But this poll didn't justify that point. That's the issue. It forced people into one category or the other. It tied wanting Henne to be successful or not with wanting the team to be successful
So 4 people rooting for failure out of 87 so far. Pretty much destroys those posts claiming that a lot of fans are hoping he fails.

I wanted the support on the record.. but do ya think maybe an anonymous poll might have better reflected reality?
I think it's pretty clear. I went with option 2 because it best fit what I think, and what I think a lot of people think. I think Henne sucks, but I hope he proves me wrong because that is in the best interest of the team. I'm not a fan of individual players, for the most part. I'm a Dolphins fan. I hope the individual players succeed because it will make my team succeed. I think you are grasping at straws here and arguing over simple semantics. I'm not sure what point you are trying to get at.No it doesn't. once again, all the succeed options instead of 1 tied it to the teams success. Actually 2 of them were masked by stating you are a fan of the team. That has nothing to do with Henne himself.
There was no option for I don't like or support Henne but I want the team to succeed.
No matter how you answer it either shows you want the team to succeed thus meaning you support Henne or you just want Henne to fail meaning the team fails.
The poll should have not tied the team in with Hennes success or failure
I would guarantee you if there was an option for getting rid of Henne or his failure but the team is still successful, you would have way more votes for that.
No reality would have been reflected better if you didn't tie the team in with him being successful or not. That is how you would get the realistic answer and replies.
I like and understand your point but the way the poll was set up will not show reality in anyway. Even an anonymous poll would still tie this more to the success of the Phins then for the success of Henne
The Phins aren't successful if Henne isn't successful. That's why he's such a hot topic. It's the most important position in football, by a longshot. No reality would have been reflected better if you didn't tie the team in with him being successful or not. That is how you would get the realistic answer and replies.

Every poll is anonymous on the interwebs, unless somebody uses their real name as their username, which means you're exposed blue man!I wanted the support on the record.. but do ya think maybe an anonymous poll might have better reflected reality?
