Posters that think QB isnt our biggest issue

Every knows this is a passing league and you need a QB to succeed. Right now we have an average QB. We have more serious things to consider like extra DB's, D-line presence, and O-line problems. Henne can look to be above average if the team gets W's. Sanchez looks above average because his team gets him W's.

so an avg QB can get u to the playoffs and win? u do realize that is what you are saying. henceforth, proving the point that this teams problems as of now, are not the qb.

so there is nothing anyone on finheaven here can do but ***** about it anyways. next year, we draft another QB.

poster makes a valid point that isnt popular because it reveals the dire situation we are in, and he is called a troll...hopefully no other teams fanbase thinks this board represents our fans...

Quick show of hands; who thinks if we replace Henne with Brady we are Super Bowl bound?

rephrase question...Who thinks if we had made the right choice with Matt Ryan, then shored up the OL we would have a CHANCE to be Super Bowl Bound. As opposed to drafting qb's in the second round and picking RT, Centers and stiff DT/DE (Odrick) in the first

But do you think Brady could take this team to the Super Bowl?

I hear the crickets
i do not think Brady could take this team to the superbowl..I agree to the point you are trying to make, that we have plenty of holes..However, with a franchise QB those holes are easier to cover up..You aint winning without a QB..Period

Ok. How many dropped passes did you count in that game? Henne was 12 of 30 and guess what, the receivers DID NOT drop 18 freakin balls.. Maybe 5 TOPS..So the rest of the 13 were on Henne
How many dropped passes did you count in that game?

According to this website we're leading the league in dropped passes with 9. This is ridiculous. Why are we always 1st in drops?

EDIT: sorry, to be clear: 9 drops in both games combined.

dead serious.....you dont win in this league without a great QB...U dont get a great QB unless u draft him in first rd...I know there are exceptions (Brady, Brees) 99% of the time, you need to acquire one in the first round...This is black and white..People that are saying QB is not our biggest issue are smokin crack. It has been our biggest issue for the better part of two decades..If you wanna compete for the wildcard, than yes Henne may be ok..You wanna be a legit team, take a QB in the first

So......Trent Dilfer's great?

I think the better question is what if Henne were on the Pats? I've watched how much time Brady can set back there in the pocket and it is unreal.

The fact that you don't think Jake Long is elite just shows you ignorant you are about the game. Good lord.
