How is that a big-name free agent? He signed a one year deal for a couple million. It's not like we guaranteed him a bunch of money.

The guy's Madden Franchise is year-in, year-out, a superbowl contender. He knows what it takes. Whereas I'm just living in amateur hour.

Ummm, no. Grimes was consistently hailed as one of the best performers in camp, even during OTAs. He was coming off an injury, but most media were hailing how healthy and good he looked.

I've already seen reports that Moreno looks fat and out of shape.

Ummm, yes. Just about everyone was questioning how smart it was to bring in Grimes after he tore up his achilles in 2012. Fans, media...everyone had doubts whether he'd be even ready to go for us in 2013. Not only did he go, but he ended up having a Pro Bowl type season for us last year. So yeah, he did have negative concerns about him and did end up making the Pro Bowl the next year...as you originally asked.

I didn't say anything about concerns BEFORE the player was signed. Moreno was healthy last year. His concerns have come AFTER being signed. Grimes looked good from the get-go with the Dolphins
