Pouncy Talking Again

Chargers finished 9-7 last season, so I guess they do "have a chance". I don't see this as a slight to Miami. Sounds like he is just happy to be on a competitive team since he can't finish his career in Miami.
 
From 2012 - 2016 (the seasons that Tannehill has played), the Chargers have fewer wins than the Dolphins.

Or, more generally from 2012 - 2017, the Chargers have 43 wins and the Dolphins have 45 wins.

There is perception and there is reality.
 
Every AFC team outside of the East division has felt like they have a chance at first or second in their division. I recent years Miami, Buffalo and NY have felt like it's second place and an outside shot at wildcard spot at best.
