* they have left plays and points on the table

* the Fins have terrible play calling

* the Fins will not be able to adjust to Simms. Paralyses by analysis

* Plus, Simms will breath life into the Jets team

* Rex did a good job keeping his team in it to this point...

This might be the most frustrating game of the entire year. That is saying something.

Go ahead. I guess you have the benefit of him being injured. Congrats? He looked pretty good in the plays he got. Difference is, I don't bump old threads in which I may be right because I'm not a douche. But if I were to, I wouldn't whine about it when others bump threads when I'm wrong.

Speaking of Yeatman, as good as he looked in the limited time he got, do you hold it against Philbin for not playing him more, or does that mix up your agendas too much? :lol:

Why is this guys assessments on the front page of this website? It's effing embarrassing. He's a clown with a clown attitude to match. What Dolphin "fan" makes a thread like this during a game? Embarrassing.
 
Over the years I have learned to never post a halftime "doom and gloom" post, seems like they always bite you in the ass. Given Fox works hard on the write up (even though I don't always agree) I'll give him a pass. I suspect we won't see another halftime prediction till next year, maybe, however.

Posts like this are indicative of some of our doomsayers fans, who want to be right on both sides. Some Dolphin fans predict the dolphins are going to lose every weekend but they say they hope they're wrong. They insult and belittle their home team so their not laughed at, in real life social circles, for supporting a losing team. If their right about their negative "the dolphins will lose predictions", they will go back to work and be accepted in the non-dolphan social group. They like to say, to their peers, things like "I knew that was going to happen" or "I predicted that outcome". On the flip side, If they're wrong about their predictions of "the team will lose again", "the team needs to do this", or "the team doesn't need to do that", they hope they'll be accepted by their dolphins forum groups by saying "I'm trying to motivate the team" or they simply try to semantically quantify their comments. This negativity eats away at the moral of the 12th man pride and positive feelings toward our team. Fair weather fans really grind on my positive attitude. After they make themselves feel better and everyone else feel bad, They wait for a 12 and 1 start before they jump on the band wagon. I believe, although they get what they want they will never be happy.
 
When we didnt put up points after 2 good drives and a missed FG, I didnt look at it like we suck cus we left points on the board.

I was watching the Jets defense get up slowly after every play. Once Geno showed his true colors, I knew we had nothing to worry about.

That defense was beat down! controlled the clock for 8 minutes in the first drive. Got to look at the positive and just stick to it. Now Big Ben, diff story, but that Oline is beat down. Time for the Speed package to make its presence known to the outside world.
 
blah blah blah. Many people thought the jets would come back and I can't blame any of them. Did it need a thread, no but who gives a ****. A lot of the people posting on this thread are showing more knee jerk than Hayden.
