Predictions of all AFC East teams

And your predictions arent just as laughable. Bills better than the SB champs and the playoff bound Jets? :shakeno:

No, they aren't. Buffalo wasn't 4-12 last year. They were one game out of the playoffs which the Jets barely backed into. Pats can't automatically mark two checks in the win column before the bills games anymore.

How did we back into the playoffs? we won more games than any of the WC contenders and we earned it. We played tough at full strength Pitt in Dec while you guys lost at home to 2nd and 3rd stringers. By the way, had word not spread that you had lost that Pitt game Herm would have handled the end of the 4th and OT a little differently and the outcome may have been different.

people who are saying the pats will have a 10-6 year honestly have not paid attention to the pats team.

sure law is gone, but he was out since week 6 last yr. andruzzi left but the pats drafted logan and another ot, patten is gone but david terrell is signed along with tim dwight ( white lightning) troy brown prob resigns for the vet min and plays in certain roles.

the pats team coming up is more talented than ever, ben watson is an incredible te who many people forgot about but they will know who this is soon.
pats offense is downright scary, ben watson, graham, fauria tes and add in td vrabel for goal line plays, wrs deion branch, givens, terrell, dwight, bethel maybe pk sam, troy brown too. rbs we have corey, cedrick cobbs back, faulk defense will be better too with rodney bailey coming back after missing all of last yr, klecko, adding chad scott, and chad brown is close to signing, starks coming in, losing tedy is tough but the pats will be fine

pats 12-4
jets 10-6
bills 8-8
miami 7-9

I think losing your coordinators will hurt you more than any player.

early guess (real early)

Pats 12-4
Bills 9-7
Jets 9-7
Miami 6-10

SUBJECT TO CHANGE. It's friggin April! lol

So you think we are only 2 games better then last year and 4 games worse then two years ago under DW???

Pats 12-4 (SB champs last two years. nuff said)

Bills 11-5 (on the rise with JP)

Jets 9-7 (lost more than they gained in the offseason)

Dolfins 6-10 (new coaching staff, new defensive scheme, not enough upgrades)

I love how you are "on the rise" with JP, but our new coaching staff and schemes are "unknowns."

I'm not saying we'll be better, but how can you be so sure about one and not the other?

JP is just as much as an un-known, man.

you make a good point but we did see JP in last years preseason and during the second half of the season he came in a bunch of times but the dolfins new staff and schemes are "unknown".

I think it will be real tight this year. I reckon three teams will finish 9-7 and the Pats will just sneak it with a 10-6 record. the jets,Pats and the Dolphins will all miss out on the play offs

Maybe unknown to other fans, but everywhere (Cleveland Browns included) Saban has gone his defensive scheme has kicked major @ss.

He turned the Brown's D from worst to first in one year.

Trust me, I rather his scheme where one player quoted it as "it looked like 50 players were running around on the field", than our vanilla, stagnant scheme of rushing the front 4 and playing man that we've had the past 6-7 years.

The reason it worked so well was because we were loaded with talent.

Debatable? Patriots have a better QB, HB, WR's, TE's, OL, Dline, LB's and kicker and a better head coach and you say thats debatable? LMAO dude lay off the smoke. Our TEAM IS AND WILL BE BETTER. It has been for years now if you haven't been watching TV. Get a clue.

We even have the better secondary now that I thought about it.

Actually, you're right it isn't debatable. Miami has more talent for the wide receiver corps/ TE. I think you are the one that has lived in a box. David Boston/ and Marty Booker are two former pro-bowl receivers, they still have the talent, it's just a question if Boston can stay healthy next season. Don't worry Chambers will break out this season, (Saban, improved line, good rb, at least a better qb than fiedler,Scott Linehan, Hudson Houck, no mess like last season). But regardless, as far as talent/ potential goes, Miami has more talented receivers than New England. The only possible play maker for you is Deion Branch, but Bethel Johnson is like a speedy, "Quadry Ismail" receiver, was Quadry ever really that talented. Troy Brown is old, he can do some stuff, but it's all role play. All the receivers are actually role players, which obviously works well for the patriots/Belichek's scheme, and winning is what matters. But as far as star talent or the potential and upside of receiver(s) that def go to Miami. The thing is.. that I am looking at it this in a non-bias way, I'm just seeing it the way it is. Unlike you, I am not bias, if I was bias I would want to pretend that Brady is not a great qb, and Corey Dillon isn't a really good rb, but New England obviously has a better qb, and probably the best in the league, debate between Manning/Brady. N.E has a better rb, we don't know from Ronnie Brown, N.E also has a better secondary considering the whole on safety and cornerback. They have a better O-line obviously, too, and kicker. With the additions, Miami's line is gonna be really good, probably the strength of the D, and Don't forget Zach Thomas might be getting older, but He is still making plays, and is a tackling machine, so I wouldn't be so sure about better lb's plus Channing Crowder, and Matt Roth will be really good, too. Jason Taylor is pretty much the second best DE in the league, behind Dwight Freeney. How do you know N.E has a better H.C, you are obviously talking out of your *** though, because you haven't seen anything from saban yet, but somehow Belicheck is better, even though you don't know what will come in the future, Saban hasn't even coached a season, nothing but assumptions. Do you know something that I or other Miami fans don't know, has he coached Miami before but in disguise, wearing a long bushy Stache, looking like D.W in '01-'04? ..... You ever see the movie White men can't jump, where Wesley snipes was the king of his court, and that white dude, Woody Harrelson comes and plays him in some shooting match, and Wesley Snipes assumes that he's better than him, and is all ****y about it, even though he hasn't seen the dude play before, and what do you know the white dude beats Snipes. I'm not saying that Saban will be or is better than Belicheck, but your views are based on assumptions, not facts, etc. And also Randy McMichael is a top 4 or 5 TE in the league behind Gonzalez, Gates, and Crumpler, maybe even or behind Heap. and You say Ben Watson, or N.E's tightends are better than Miamis?

I tell ya, the ignorance of some people these days. :shakeno:

I'm officially not giving any predictions now until we are at least 2 - 3 games into the preseason.. too many variables still out there ..

i cant say we could be or cant be
all i can say is that i am very ready for some football come september, even august!
i just cant wait to see the new dolphins! i predict 8-8 like jjs first season but you never know look at san diego, pitt, atl! there is always a chance!!!
