All the coaches Fired and Hired were Retread coaches from within the System. Fisher is not the answer. I am so glad he isnt going to be here. It will force Ross maybe even against his will to make a different decision. Talent Wins games not coaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats how you concluded that fisher is not for us ? I dont even understand that, honestly....... Yes most coaches came or "retreaded" from another system..... you have to start somewhere. But what do Saban and Spurrier have to do with this ? You do know, that Saban is from the parcells/belichek tree and had prior nfl experience right ? And also, if you think they are the only two guys brought in from another league/level the past 20 years your wrong, soooo wrong.

But seriously, are you suggesting that we just hire guys off the street? Where else would you hire a head coach from, but from within 'the system?'
