If Losman can't do any worse than AJ then 4 and 12 may be a reasonable expectation.
The game against the Steelers told me something about the Bills, all show and no go.

most of them having us finish 4th in the AFCE again (way to reach fellas ), however sporting news ( i think that was the one) has us going 8-8 and the bills going 4-12 :)

THE BILLS WILL BE A BIG QUESTION MARK WITH A NEW QB.........COULD BE GREAT OR COULD FLOUNDER...IT IS ANYONE'S GUESS. I SEE 4-12 VERY UNLIKELY THOUGH WITH A SOLID D AND RB. IF MCGHEE GETS HURT THEY MAY BE IN TROUBLE THOUGH FOR LACK OF DEPTH

I bet those idiots were the first to say the Pats were not going anywhere when Drew went down and Brady took over.

Why is it that someone llike Losman who's regarded as having better potential than Brady "coming out of college" cannot have a decent year when he just like Brady has had a year sitting on the bench before being handed the starting job?

No one is saying he's the next Brady, but it isn't a reach to say that he can be a good caretaker. Something that Drew couldn't do. If Losman is able to do a decent job as a caretaker, we're already better at the qb position.

He will have his rookie mistakes that Drew made lst year but i doubt he can do any worse than AJ Feeley last year.

WHAT!!!!! Are you frikin kiding me??? How can you sit there and blow your own horn about the potential of your QB and in the very same breath say AJ is only a third string QB????? Your QB couldn't even make it through camp and has exactly five snaps under his belt. You read "ONE" persons opinion about Losman and ignore the other 25 opinions about his attitude and questionable decision making and you have the gull to compare him to Brady??? Brady is a good QB, no doubt but it's the coaching and team attitude that win games in NE. Still, AJ has been a winner in this league and PJ hasn't!!! Those are your facts pal. How can you stand there and tell us you won 9 games last year and we won four and we will still be around that level, but you tell us about PJ's potential as it is fact? Atleast we have improved at almost every position and coaching and you haven't so....PJ will lead your team to more then 9 wins and we will stay the same!!! WHATEVER!!!

the bills had a better OL, D, ST and rb than the fins last year.

That was a game that Drew sucked bigtime. He's gone in case you didn't know. If you are going to base this season based on 1 game, then the fins will suck as usual. I can pull up tons of games from last year where the fins looked like an XFL team.

The fins will be a a big question mark w/ their vet qb. could be good or could flounder. If Brown get's hurt the fins could be in big trouble because of lack of depth.

See , if you turn things around it also applies to the fins.

  • Saban: Expectations lead to Frustration. We are focusing on one play at a time. You don't think about a planting a flag at the top of the mountain while your standing in base camp.
  • Saban noted that he wants to have a team in 2005 that overachieves its modest expectations and lays the groundwork for bigger and better things. Pas/ESPN
Agree with Saban's second point here, but not his first. If you are not thinking about planting the flag on the mountain, then you have absolutely no reasoning or basis for being in the base camp in the first place.

because your qb hasn't proven anything other than being a 3rd string qb.

You need to read properly. Does"coming out of college" mean anything to you? I wasn't comparing their NFL experience.

How has AJ become a winner is this league again? He had very average nos. w/ a great team when he was w/ the eagles and he was arguably the worse starting qb last year . That's a fact.

Don't even try to compare AJ to JP. I challenged you to a bet that Jp will have better fantasy nos. that you chickened out off.

Sorry but lets face it the Bills have OL and QB questions this year as a matter of fact you are trying to hang all your problems on one guy Drew.
Two years in a row were you choked, remember when you were in a roll in 2003 and came to visit Miami and after that beating you never recovered.
I say it again all show no go.

the same can be said about the fins. You have OL and qb question marks.

We have a proven rb you don't. We have a proven D, you don't. As a matter of fact your D is learning a new system. If you know for sure they will be better, can I have the lotto nos.?

With Drew in there our passing game was ranked 26th. Did you even know that?

I do remember RW running all over your D and maybe the passing rating has to do with your OL, not Drew.
But you are right Barfalo is going to the big dance.

We always talk about this. Nobody picked New England to win the Super Bowl when they did. Nobody picked San Diego to be good last year. Nobody chose Carolina to get to the Super Bowl when they did.

It's all about what have you done for me lately. Until we prove them wrong, it'll always be the same predictions.

Last year we lost all but one of our games because of confidence. Even with our dismal coaching staff and offensive philosiphy we were in almost every game until the second half of the fourth quarter. It seems now that our players have confidence in the coaching staff and themselfs we could win at least an extra four or five games. Sure, there will be intangibles and I am sure this season we will get out played a few times but losing a game because we beat ourselfs will not be the norm like last season. I predict next season to be just like one of the Wanny records, 9-7, 10-6, but the only differance would be that the season after that we really will be better. I see the Bills crapping the bed this year, seven wins tops. Jets win the division and we are fighting it out with the Patriots for second place and mabey a wildcard spot.

Go back and look at his stats with the Eagles....he flat out won when he was given a fair chance to do so, he also palyed much better after DW left!! Oh and he's tough....PJ, not so tough!!

So you made up a stupid bet, that favors your "running QB"!!! Go to vegas and find an idiot for your one sided bet! I see no one here wants anything to do with your bet either...I wonder why!! As for your fact about arguably the worst starting QB stat, he had legit reasons for the numbers. You just keep ignoring the fact we didn't have Ricky or Boston, no OC and a whole new O-Line!! OH and DW was fired...I think Feeley was at a bit of a disadvantage.

Hey Feel, Iguess we'll get a chance to see what the Barfalo greatest show in the galaxy can do .
The problem these guys have is that you have to play the games.
The Fins with AJ did something that the Bills couldn't do .
Beat the Patriots.
I live across the lake from Barf, their fans which include alot of my fellow canucks are on drugs they think they got the new Montana in waiting.
its sick, I know we are all homers to a degree but you have to do a little soul searching before you talk like they do.
I like the Fins chances better than the Bills.
