Pro Football Weekly: Dolphins Have Best Draft

His salary was $5.85 million not $8 million

No way Miami had the best draft :shakeno:

I would say the Ravens did better
Of course a Bills fan would say that. Personally I think the Cowboys did better, everybody is riding Ozzie newsomes nuts for taking Mark Clayton and a few offensive lineman....big fu**ing deal!!! Hey by the way don't they have any Bills site you could spend your time on?? Or are they too sorry of an organization to justify that kind of committment?!:roflmao:

I hate it when people "rate" a teams draft based on the quality of player picked and dont include VALUE. OF course SD, MInn and Dal had good drafts they all had a higher number of top picks. Did all three get good value from those picks? I dont think so. Dallas did a great job IMHO but SD made some questionable picks (the DT from Northwestern). Value must come into play when valuing a draft because one only has certain picks to work with, and the financial connection between picks and the cap numbers.

I think Baltimore had the best draft. It's kinda odd PFW a site that is constantly bashed on this site, says something positive about the Phins and fans now give the site some credibility.

I think it is silly to grade the draft at this juncture. No one has any idea which of the players will be busts or superstars. Neither PFW, nor even the Clump

Are you thinking of PFT? I don't see PFW getting flamed any more than any other sports outlet. PFT on the other hand ...

I think it's funny that the "so called expert" grade the draft at that point. You can see the real value of a draft 2-3 years later. I recalled a so called expert said that miami wasted a draft pick by choosing an undersize linbacker. I think ZT did OK for us ......

i agree baltimore had a great draft. getting a top receiver in the first and the second best tackle in the 2nd in adam terry, can't argue with that.

Didn't you know? (Clumpy's really a Dolphins fan!) Shhh! He doesn't want anyone to know! :D

The thing i like about this write up is that they tie the coaching to all our picks and why they could be excellent picks. It all comes down to coaching. Isnt that what we have all been saying for 15 years?
