I just checked the Bucs website, and Bua isn't one of the 8 guys on their PS. Kind of strange, but i guess they didn't want him at the last min.

They have not filled all 8 spots according to the site. The practice squad has a NFL Europe national player Claudius Osei, a safety. Osei will not count against the eight-man practice squad limit and may remain with the team for the entire season.
So they still have an opening.............

Maybe Jones will punt this week in practice so they can work on coverages while Turk heals and will be let go when Turk is Ready. Or is that too simple?
