He just has to be consistent.

Thats the key.

IMHO the most important thing he can do to win over people is to be cool when the heat is on.

Last year he really gave off a bad impression that when the time for reckoning comes, he folds.

He doesn't have to engineer a million 4th quarter comebacks, but if he can go out and deliver a few wins against teams that we 'should' be losing too (by deliver I mean not relying on pure defense alone to squeek out a 13-7 victory) and/or engineer a couple (not 4-5, just a few) of game winning drives, instead of panicking game ending INTs. I am pretty sure you'll start to see people coming around and warming up to him finally.

If he really has the confidence Henne will be very good and it will show. Noone can say the guy doesn't have a arm. Its all about him growing as a QB. In every interview the players are saying they see more maturity out of Henne. That's all u can ask for from this guy right now. Everyone knows he will have some INTS. But if Henne can build on his chemistry with the receivers we will be a problem for EVERY defense. Especially if Henne and BMarshall stay on the same page. Also Reggie is going to open things up for this offense in a way ppl can't believe. F*** the haters. Run with us or get ran over.Go Phins!
