There is nothing to see here. Rodgers is not an NFL qb. His accuracy and pocket presence or very bad.
Decent arm strength but throws a very bad long ball. Again nothing to see here

I don't agree with his accuracy being pretty good, I said decent arm strength he just has no touch on longer passes and they wobble.
Opinions can differ though
