The team won't get equal value for Ricky's talent, but I don't think it's a smart investment to take a guy 2nd in the draft to split carries. Ricky would not be replaced by a 2nd rd pick, his 10-15 carries a game would be going to Ronnie, not whoever he brough in via trade.

Learn what?? Serious, what can Ricky teach someone responsibility for your actions? There is no "I" in team? How to give it your all in your 2nd year with the team? Where to get the good ganja? Ronnie is already a good person and a damn good RB already!!

The only thing he could teach him is how to save his body from excessive punishment by going down on the first tackle like he did in 2003. Would be more than happy to see Ronnie get his full amount of playing time and bring in someone who can back him up decent. Ronnie needs a chance to wear a defense down by getting into a groove for most of the game. Giving him 10 carries so Ricky can play? You see how much better our running game was when either Brown or Ricky got the full amount of the carries. We need one guy to carry the load and a decent backup.
