Look at the stats. I included RG3 as well so those wanting to bench Tannehill can UNDERSTAND that it takes time to develop look at 2 other 2nd yr QBs with similar #'s.

R Wilson:
61% comp % (2 games under 50%)
13 TDs
4 INTs
8 fumbles (5 lost)
sacked 27 times
Plus they played the Jags

Tannehill:
59.4% comp %
11 TDs
9 INTs
8 fumbles (5 lost)
sacked 32 times

RG3:
59% comp %
9 TD's
8 INTs
9 fumbles (3 lost)
sacked 14 times

I understand that the Seahawks are 7-1 which is why you don't hear much about him but their D is awesome.

Both of Seattle's starting tackles are out with injury. They are limping along but keep winning. Probably going to catch up with them sooner or later.
They looked as bad as us last night. But Wilson did NOT turn it over.

9 turnover in 8 games (Wilson) as compared to 14 turnovers in 7 games (RT17) is a big difference between 7-1 and 3-4
That Seattle D helps too.

perspective is always good. there is so little of it on this message board.

Defense is a big part for Seattle as well as that home field. 4 INT versus 13 TD is over a 3/1 average. And Wilson has like 339 yards rushing this year while picking up 19 first downs. Don't understimate the threat of Wilson taking off and picking up key 3rd downs.

Meanwhile Tanny has like 82 yards rushing and 5 first downs. Personally, I prefer a pocket QB but Wilson's legs have won them some football games.

Wilson doesn't throw picks and is playing behind a terrible offensive line.

I understand the turnover differences which is why I included those #'s but it was more for perspective. Tannehill is getting ripped but other QB's have similar #s & it's not made a big deal. RG3 has more fumbles & less sacks what does that say & he lays in the NFC east.

Face it...if you win games you get a hall pass. Lose four straight...all is on the table. It is the way it is.

Yeah, the ints are a big difference - even if Wilson's fumbles pushed the Hawks back the equivalent of approx 1.7 football fields so far this season. (which is not insignificant)

And Tannehill isn't playing behind a terrible line? I dont like the Wilson to Tannehill comparisons anyway because Wilson has outperformed Tannehill to this point...but still the olines are both bad.

Please understand I am comparing T-Hill to other 2nd year QB's in which there is not a big difference not to mention that Wilson has arguably the best RB & D in NFL. I'm not saying Tannehill is better however I'm not sure there is a huge gap between the 2 as well.

7-1 .....3-4
Wins are more important then any of the stats IMO. Although id still take RT because I feel his potential is far more superior then RW upside.

Are you aware that Wilson gets pressured more than, but sacked less than, Tannehill?
