Rapoport on NFL AM: Philbin appears to be safe but some other changes maybe made

I will lose it if Joe returns as coach. He has the credentials of a newborn to coach in the NFL

I think he gets one more year with a new coordinator both offense and defense as the defense is more of a culprit i think for the collapse. Reminded me alot of those Wanny teams where the defense would fold like a cheap tent at the end.

Just think about the two losses we could never get the ball back due to the fact that we couldn't stop the run which in turn prevented our opportunities on offense.

Curious to see what happens for #Dolphins. Expect some change. Heard OC Mike Sherman had lost confidence of QB Ryan Tannehill. Maybe there?

Carolina strongly disagrees with you. The Jets also improved this season under that arrangement.

Good for those teams. We're the Dolphins. It won't work for us. It'll be a disaster like everything else this organization does.

Ross will do some more tapdancing this offseason as he fails to do what is needed

Sherman needs to get his old ass out of there he is just trying to save his ass.

It would be interesting if Mike Shanahan became available since he supposedly wanted R.Tannehill in the first place. Personally I'd like to keep Joe and get Chud as the OC and a young up and coming GM.

When the team was fired up, they played well. Ireland should go for overpaying free agents badly and never being able to fix the offensive line. Philbin should go because a new GM should get his own coach, and at least half the games this season the team didn't seem fired up to play football. They came out like it was a baseball game in mid-June. Pathetic emotional content, and that comes from the HC and the QB. Sherman should be coaching Brown University where he can play his games with go and go-go and shotgun formations in short-yardage situations. Philbin just doesn't know how to get the most of his players. Belichick isn't overly emotional, but he knows how to design a game plan to maximize what his players can and can't do, and Brady gets on people when needed.

Don't get that statement! Sherman losing confidence in tannehill or vice-versa?
