I voted 6-7. I expect him to start slow in the first half of the season and finish strong in the second half since he has missed all the off season work waiting for school to let out. It would be unfair to expect him to do more.

6-7 sacks is a good rookie season and would make a big difference,

I picked 8-9 as the high. And low of 5 sacks. I don't see him getting less than that. Hope he shreads them opponents up.

With Jordan and Vernon for the defense to contend with, Wake should increase his total of 15 (even with all the holding calls being ignored) as well as make the other 2 more effective.

So i forecast Wake will end up with 19, Jordan 8 and Vernon 6 for a total production of our Sack-Attack at 35. Maybe more.. should be a fun season if everyone stays healthy.

Don't forget the DB's and linebackers. Ellerbie sez all Wheeler wants to do is blitz so add another 10 from these positions.

Sack totals are a little overrated IMO. I want to see him constantly pressuring the opposing QB, knock some passes down, get a couple strip sacks ETC. I want to see more pressures even if he does not record high numbers of sacks

I think he has to start over Vernon, regardless of how well he plays the run. We sucked vs the run last year anyways, and Vernon coming off the bench is a great thing. If not, put Jordan to start at OLB over Wheeler and find a way to get rid of Wheeler.

Well, 20% were right on. I wonder if anyone picked 2.
what a disappointment.

Looks like Krush was the closest. He said 3 and Jordan had 2

Should be a valuable lesson. Take under every time and you'll grind an advantage. For some reason the public is fascinated by over.
