Report: Philbin, Ireland on hot seat in Miami (RotoWorld)

Please.

Also, can we hire someone under 45?

Well he's a little over 45 but yes, I want a young innovative mind. I wanna take a chance on someone who has the potential to do great things. He might flop but you might catch lightening in a bottle. The guy has had success at every step and in every way offensively. Not sure if we could get him but I'd be all for going after Gus malzahn

Not for nothin' but I would cut Tannehill before I fired Philbin.

No more rookie college coaches for HC.

Ross has that ever so present, Joe Philbin Sideline Look. "Uhh, duuuh, what do we do now george." :idk:

Ross seems lost.

Like who? Nick Saban? He was a good coach. He was a bad GM.

Chip Kelly is a rookie college coach. I wish we'd hired him. Ross wanted Harbaugh... I REALLY wish we'd hired him.

The longer no one is fired the more my hope grows that the announcement will come that we have a new owner.

For the first time in years we are in the top half of the league and now people want to start all over? Ridiculous.

Seriously, you want to talk about coaching. Look at what Malzahn did this season with Auburn. Just look at what he did.

You don't want to roll the dice on that guy? Who the **** would you roll the dice on, then?

Yea that's right lets just keep the coaching carousel going, that brings a lot of stability to an organization. I can understand maybe the coordinators especially Sherman, because he was just god awful, and stubborn to boot.

Ok, youve made your point. I just know nothing about the guy and we've been burned so many times with bad coaches.

Alotta reports already. Same thing as every other year... and we end up assed out. Every time. And the reason is ROSS. He is not the boss

I want a head coach who demands accountability but who is also a players coach. A guy that isn't afraid to hug his QB when he comes to the sidelines after a good series. A coach that the players will run through a brick wall for.

This.Passion and heart.
