Report: Philbin, Ireland on hot seat in Miami (RotoWorld)

Seriously, you want to talk about coaching. Look at what Malzahn did this season with Auburn. Just look at what he did.

You don't want to roll the dice on that guy? Who the **** would you roll the dice on, then?

Yep. Created the nations number one ranked offense at Tulsa too. There he did it passing and at auburn he's running it.

Let's get a coach who doesn't stand on the sideline with his mouth wide ****ing open as our season turns to crap and he does nothing to adjust for it...

Philbin is in over his head, that's the only clear thing to come out of this season.

You will NEVER see Gus Malzahn in the NFL. NEVER NEVER NEVER. That is as safe a prediction as it gets.

satan will be back in this league (Dallas, Cleveland... hmmm???? ) at some point but Malzahn will not go to the NFL for any amount of $$$. He is as far from the NFL as is humanly possible.

Like who? Nick Saban? He was a good coach. He was a bad GM.

Chip Kelly is a rookie college coach. I wish we'd hired him. Ross wanted Harbaugh... I REALLY wish we'd hired him.

Yes I don't think it's about rookie coaches as it is about getting the right coach. We just haven't fount the right coach.

Yeah. And I do understand the inherent danger of hiring the resume instead of the man, but my goodness, what a resume.

Totally different can of worms than Philbin or Cameron.

If we are going college coach I want Shaw. Malzahn is a brilliant offensive mind but he doesn't seem like the nfl, bright lights big city type.

Nick retiring at Bama is a safer bet than Gus going to the pros, and Gus isn't going to the pros.
