Rex Ryan calls Brandon Marshall one of the best WR's in the game....

That was not a good game by a WR. I don't give a damn what any of you try to spin. 6 catches in 13 targets. 46 of those yards came not off Revis but on blown coverage from Cromartie, and that play should have been a TD. Multiple TD drops. There is no ****ing way that should be considered a good game by Marshall.

Yeah guys, I don't give a damn how many yards he had!!!! Dude dropped 3 TD passes! How many millions is he making, just to laugh on the sidelines??? Ya'll are smoking crack, REVIS is overrated and Marshall couldn't catch a cold! Better QB just throws him more end zone balls....that he promptly drops! Quit making excuses.

Marshall had over 100 yards catching passes from Matt Moore and went up against the Jets defense.

Whats his excuse for 3 dropped passes in the end zone? He's only had 4 tds in 2 and 1/2 years as a Dolphin.

The guy is a great talent but once again he's among the top wr's this year with dropped passes.

The one he caught and was by the sideline he should have stayed in. I think he was just losing his balance when he caught it at the side like that. No excuse he had no one around him (maybe a safety?) he had time to get his balance right.

The one play where revis returned it was borderline interference but it looked mostly like Marshall tripped. It happens to the best of us, no one is perfect.

The one throw where Marshall dropped the ball for a TD, Moore should have lead him instead of throwing it behind him. Yes he is an "elite" receiver and should have caught it but it was a slant and soon as he looked up he sees the ball a tad behind him. Moore has to make those throws, elite receivers have to make those catches.

I liked the way Marshall played, but I was hoping he was going to get in Revis's face and start talking mad trash because he was catching almost everything his way.

People saying 3.dropped passes. Smh.

You do know when a corner deflects a ball it isnt considered a drop right?.

109 on Revis, that **** ain't easy.

The problem is Moore forgot we had any other receivers. Did Bess even make the trip?

yet we want to trade him and have hartline , bess , gates as our top 3?

i don't remember the last time i saw a WR get 100 yards when revis and cro where covering him ( mainly revis )

Marshall will be amazing with our new QB next year.

Reason why people want to trade him is because our fan base is full of idiots.

Marshall has serious mental issues that is spilling over into his game. He acts like a 5 year old on the field when things aren't going his way. I understand you want to be physical but did anyone see him in the beginning of the game literally trying to absolutely steam roll guys by slamming Revis and others into the ground and running over them. I get you want to make a statement but I have NEVER seen top flight wideouts do that ever. Calvin Johnson could do that all day long and he would rather by physical going up for the ball and snatching it away from defenders. There is something off with Marshall, no doubt. He is not an elite wideout in the NFL. Maybe a top 15 but how can you crown a guy that is a piss poor and I mean absolutely PISS POOR route runner that drops td catches left and right.

Maybe he needs to get on some meds or something and hire a shrink and get his life back together where he is fully focused on football. If not, then walk away man. This is NOT the same Marshall that was putting up the 20+ catches in one game and all the stats in Denver. Well the same in the fact that he is not right in the head.

lemme go ahead and say this...i watched b marsh give darrelle revis the best corner in the last decade his best game in the last 3 years with a qb who kept throwing dead ducks up in the air in moore...if you'd really trade b marsh for a 3rd round pick you're nuts...period

the slant route drop as jaworski said that balls behind marshall he reaches for it with all his momentum going forward and the best corner in football period approaching and can't come up with it...then he's got his hand in the air as in throw it out in front and over the top so i can high point it with cromartie on his hip and moore throws a deal quail thats neither out on front or high allowing the db to make a play

go ahead and trade marshall for a pack of gum...these other wrs wouldn't make any plays

Marshall also had 3 drops in the endzone. He's had 58 drops since 2008. The size of the football hasn't changed why does the QB delivering him the ball make a difference? He gets his hands on the ball he should catch it. If we could get back the 2 2nd round picks we gave up to get him I'd do it in a heartbeat.
and then we won't have a number receiver that draws double coverage at times... Good one

how did he have two drops in the end zone? where the first one was broken up by revis? and the third one was thrown late and marshall was expecting the ball to go outside more and it just sailed behind him? ( steve young even said it )

did you guys ever watch the game?
Were you not the one saying Gates should have fought for the last pick by Revis? If not forgive me. But you're contridicting yourself if it is you. Either way if Marshall gets his hands on it he should bring it in. Not every throw is going to be perfect, especially from Matt Moore. Big time WRs make plays, adjust to poorly thrown balls and most of all come up big in the endzone. Revis knocked the first one away, but the second one went right threw his hands and the 3rd one he should have high pointed the ball, he's got to make that adjustment. Cromartie adjusted to the ball better than he did. He's the highest paid receiver, at least the 2nd highest...you get paid to make plays then make plays.

How many drops in the end zone does he have this year? Probably 6 or so this year.
