Rex Ryan calls Brandon Marshall one of the best WR's in the game....

Wrong!! You can't come back to the ball on a short yardage pass like that. It's not like he was 40 yards down field and Moore was scrambling......that was very short field and it was a 2 second play.

How do you stretch back to your right when your full momentum is running to the left? Revis should have intercepted that one too, luckily Marshall got his hands to it so he could prevent another int. I think Moore is a little better than he performed last night but pinning that all on Marshall is wrong.

I'm talking about the play that Revis broke up. Revis reached OVER a WR that is taller than him. That is only possible because Marshall did not make a play towards the ball. Marshall blew it. On the drop, the ball hit him in the HANDS. If the ball is in front, Revis knocks it down. Moore put it in a place for a PLAYMAKER to make a play. Unfortunately, all we have is Marshall.

Meh, the Marshall-Revis battle was the only entertaining thing happening in an otherwise excruciatingly boring game. Even Jets fans seemed to be bored out of their skulls at some points last night. I kind of wish we could play Revis every week for the rest of the season.

But to praise Marshalls yards on Revis without acknowledging the drops would be like praising a running back gaining 200 yards rushing but losing 4 fumbles in the redzone.

Yeah, Brandon could have had a good game if he could not trip over his own feet and stay in bounds, and if he could catch the ball inside the red zone.

He barely had 100 yards and was targeted over and over and over by Moore. I thought he had a very poor game.

You cant have however many catches Marshal had and over 100 yards receiving against the BEST cornerback in the game and consider it very poor game. Come on dude. If you don't like the guy then say that but be realistic. The TD pass he didnt catch was a bad throw. They were anticipating Revis playing the back shoulder throw because he had done so earlier in the game and the called the slant. He's expecting the ball low and inside. He had position but Moore threw it hard and to the back shoulder. By the time Marshal looked around the ball was already on his back shoulder and he tried to react and catch it but it was too late. Not his fault.

On the play that Marshall was coming across the middle of the endzone.......If the ball was in front its a Touchdown. Revis was behind him.

it doesnt help that revis gets all the calls in the world and just because his name is "Revis" he gets away with hanging all over the WR this has been happening for a while now and not just last game

Ryan see's talent. I bet Marshall would play better with the jets and they would gladly pick him up. Nobody has had a 100yd game against revis in years

If marshall doesn't create separation from Revis guess what..... were not anywhere near the goal line or red zone. Yes he had a couple of drops, but that doesn't mean he is terrible or needs to go. The guy had a very good game, that could have been a spectacular game if he eliminates a few drops.

That dropped TD stung, but like Differ said it was a very tough catch because it was there right out of his break. Not to mention Henne never hits a WR right out of his break! Problem is it is happening every game.

hey Ryan, nice pic of Dan Wheldon mate. Very touching. Thanks.
